Not showing to customers? There's a few reasons this might be happening, most of them are completely normal and nothing to worry about.
Check that your tablet's internet connection is working
If there's a problem with your internet connection, the tablet should inform you with a home screen that looks like this:
Just opened?
If you've changed your open status in the last 10 minutes, the system can sometimes take a little while to reflect the change. You may need to wait a few more minutes.
ecoeats is Closed
If the time is currently outside of ecoeats' operating hours, you will not show as open to customers for Delivery. You will still show as open for Collection and Table Service (
ποΈPickup Settings). You can find our current operating hours for your areaΒ

Sometimes when ecoeats experiences a surge in demand or a rider shortage, it may have to shrink the delivery radius or temporarily stop accepting new orders altogether for a short while in order to preserve a good customer experience.
You're looking in the wrong area
When you're viewing the listing of restaurants on the customer app, you will have selected an address. If this address is too far from your restaurant then you may show as closed if ecoeats is experiencing a surge in demand.
